The Annual Rainbow Gathering of Living Light 2010 A circle of individuals gathering on the land in pennsylvania have reached an understanding through counsel and careful concideration, the 2011 Annual Rainbow Gathering of Living Light will be enjoined and celebrated July 1st through 7th somewhere in the State of Washington. The Rainbow Gathering of Living Light is a freeform celebration of Spirit and community that is open to all peaceful peoples and devoid from commercial interests. Location of the gathering site will be decided and announced sometime in the first weeks of June. All voices and hearts are humbley welcomed to share in the vibration of world peace.  \\\ Annual Rainbow Gathering Scout Rendezvous (TBA) & Annual Rainbow Gathering Spring Counsel Get your tribe ready to join this awesome celebration. The Circle of Light Community

Circle of Light and The Circle of Light Community were originally conceived in 2001 as a network for connecting the various Rainbow Family websites. This heartsong also included securing a server in which to host additional site subdomains and/or independent domains with a focus on providing programming, hosting and email services to the family free of charge.

This endeavor has evolved and taken shape over the years with most of the main structure in place and operating as of the Fall of 2002. This includes the Tribal Mailer and the Rainbow Family Calendar. In March 2007 the Tribal Mailer surpassed 24,000 email addresses and overall the site gets 1000's of visits every month since it's inception.

In September 2003 the entire site and server underwent redesign to reflect current technological changes in the industry and to organize the server for ease of use, printability, cellular access and to help support the newest services which have been developed and included for download or use.

Currently, WelcomeHere is accepting applications for free hosting, email accounts and has posted several programs for free download to include in developing sites. These new programs are easy to install and come with full instructions on how to administrate. The newest programs/services are:

  • Independent Bulletin Boards
  • The Tag Board
  • Free Rainbow Scripts
  • Server Side Includes
  • CGI-BIN Hosting
  • Domain Hosting - Registration
